Laura Bayley

Laura Bayley is a seasoned operations and administrative leader with extensive experience in streamlining processes, managing teams, and driving compliance across diverse industries. Most recently, she served as Operations Manager at East Grinstead Town Museum, overseeing daily operations, events, and facilities management.

Prior to this, Laura worked as Neighbourhood Response Manager at Clarion Housing Group, where she remotely managed tenant relations, resolved complex housing issues, and ensured regulatory compliance across neighborhoods. Earlier, she spent 14 years at the Collinson Group, rising to Senior Manager of Client Operations. In this role, she led global teams, managed operations for clients like Mastercard, Visa, and Amex, and drove the implementation of projects such as Mastercard Airport Experiences and LoungeKey.
